The Cunning Little Vixen

“While we watch Sharpears, the vixen, escape from the cruelty of captivity to live a fulfilling but short life with her mate and cubs, her captor Forester quietly ploughs into remorseful old age haunted by her memory. It is only in the final moments of the work that Forester returns to the spot from which he snatched Sharpears as a cub and experiences something transcendent - the realization that we are all participating in the great cycle, that every aspect of nature has its own value and voice.” - RNCM Opera

Sophia played the role of Pepík, the Forester’s grandson.
