This swashbuckling classic follows Frederic, the duty-bound young pirate apprentice, as he tries to break free from his rather inconvenient indentures. Along the way, he encounters the spirited Mabel, a band of delightfully incompetent pirates, and the famously timid Major-General, leading to a whirlwind of mistaken identities and gloriously comic confusion.
