Working in collaboration with a 50-strong community chorus, RNCM composer and conductor Kate Pearson has written a brand new opera inspired by the history of Manchester’s lost waterways.
Sophia will be performing as part of the wedding chorus, and will be one of four river goddesses who sing throughout the opera.
